Total Rewards and Compensation

Total Rewards and Compensation are very different from one another. Regardless of the job they hold,
all employees inside the organization are generally entitled to earn a fair and equitable compensation.
Even though regular pay has not yet been paid, interns are sometimes granted allowances. On the
different hand, Total Rewards includes income, career advancement, and performance
acknowledgment. Even while career advancement and performance evaluation currently do not require
money, they should nonetheless be acknowledged.

In order to motivate and reward employees, FYN Disinfecting and Exterminating Services pays all
workers fairly comparable wages and salaries with other employers in the market. The Management
Committee has authorized a salary grade structure for each position, which is used to determine
salaries.

Payroll Period of the company are both probationary and regular employees are paid semi-monthly or
every 15th and 30th or 31st of the month through company’s designated bank. When the payroll dates are
fall on weekends or holidays, salary will be credited earlier or the last working day.

Overtime of the company may be required to render overtime to work more hours than the normal
working schedule. Overtime of the work is required a minimum of 1 hour to be considered and a
succeeding fraction thereof. Employees who engage into overtime work shall fill up the overtime form
(OT form) and secure approval from his/her manager, supervisor or immediate superior.

Pay Deductions of the company is required and it is implemented to the law. For all employees,
regardless of employment status, FYN Disinfecting and Exterminating
Services, makes deductions from pay including:

1. Social Security System (SSS) – Employee (EE) share

2. Philhealth Contribution (PHIC) – Employee (EE) share

3. Pag-IBIG Contribution (HDMF) – Employee (EE) share

4. Income Taxes (if any)

5. Cost of benefit programs chosen by employee (where applicable)

13th Month Pay of the company is required and it is implemented by the law. All employees shall receive
accordingly as mandated by law before December 25th of each calendar year a 13 th month pay base on
the service rendered.

Existing job classification, salary ranges are often evaluated. The job structure and wage ranges will be
updated in light of key discoveries. Since the majority of the individuals they currently employ are
interns, no remuneration or regular salary are supplied. The company has to stick to the DOLE
requirements for determining the individual compensation of FYN Disinfecting and Exterminating
Services employees.
