First LHS Cables

Manufacturer In Asia
ABOUT US
PROTECTING ESSENTIAL LIVES AND ASSETS FROM FIRE
Alankar Cable Industries has been established since 1971. As a small scale unit for the manufacturing of
LT Cables. Which was initiated by the Chief Executive Mr. H.L Kohli who is a management specialist.

We have successfully marched ahead in technical innovation in the field of manufacturing activities with
Diverse prints during this long journey of experience expertise and in house research and development
Activities we have developed specialized cables with focus on higher temperature readings sub-zero
Ambient temperature performance and LSZH, Fire Survival, LHS & Accessories in keeping view of
Emerging technologies and innovative demands of enlightened customers and overseas trends a new
Era has begun with our launching of Zero Halogen Low Smoke and nominal fumes (ZHLS/ LSF) cables
Replacing the conventional LT PVC Cable. We have acquired UL certification for most of our products and
we are the only enterprise in Asia to achieve this.

OUR COMPANY VISION

We strive to be the best in business by increasing customer satisfaction & providing innovative product
and services that are less harmful to environment and serves society helps in life saving.

Distance Locater (ACDL)
A 24VDC external regulated power supply must be used to power
the ACDL. The ACDL can identify the Exact location of overheating
condition along the LHS Cable Installed. Distances are shown in
meters from the distance locating module. The ACDL Distance
Locating Module is for indoor use, and may be used with both
addressable and conventional "ALANKAR" Cable linear heat
detection systems.

Junction Box
The Junction Box is a basic method of jointing either provided with
military grade conductors Digital or Analogue LHS and is Supplied
with two glands. Made from heavy duty still sheet made on CNC JUNCTION BOX

machine. It can also be used as a connection junction box between PART NO. JB-02-ACI

long service life. An interposing cable and the LHDC.

End of Line (EOL)

The EOL is a basic method of terminating either digital or analogue
LHS cable. It is suitable for the majority of application and can be
easily fixed in place.

“Fireguard Analogue”
LHS Cable with Control Unit

Description
Fireguard Analogue sensor cable senses temperature Variations by
continuously monitoring the resistance of specially doped NTC polymeric
insulation. A change in temperature produces a relative change in resistance
Between the two loops within the sensor cable – as temperature increases,
resistance is lowered .Provided the sensor cable has not been directly subjected
to temperatures greater than 1200c for excessive periods, it will recover to an
alert condition after activating an alarm. Upon destruction, Fireguard analogue
cable fails permanently into the alarm state.

Benefits
• Recoverable after operation.
• Sensitive to small temperature variations.
• CE Approved and Rohs compliant.
• Open and short circuit detection reduces the risk of false alarms.
• Optional pre-alarm setting allows the user to manage risk more effectively.
• Cable based sensing allows detection at the point of risk.
• Low installation and maintenance costs reduce total cost of ownership.
