Aim:
To draw the use case diagram for College Academic Information system.
USE CASE DIAGRAM:
The use case diagram is a behavioural diagram that shows a set of use cases
and actors and the relationships between them.
Description of use case diagrams
For each use case that appears in the use case diagram the following
details need to be documented.
1. Use case name
2. Purpose
3. Actors
The College Academic Information system use cases are:
 Login
 Attendance
 Certificate submission
 Marks checking
 Feedback filling
 Applying for leave
 Choosing of course
 Request Scholarship/Bonafide
 Granting leave
 Feedback summary
 Uploading Marks
 Add Student/Faculty records
 Update Student/Faculty records
 Delete Student/Faculty records

Actors Involved:

 Admin
 Student
 Faculty

PURPOSE:

This diagram addresses the use case view of the system and is
very essential in modelling the behaviour of the system.

RESULT:

Thus the use case model and description for college academic
information system were designed.
