PART 1 INTRODUCTION

Intro 1:

What was the moment for you that you write that it's right Good day

everybody! This is your podcaster, Thea. Welcome to my podcast. In today's

episode, we will talk about “Your Story to Yourself,” where we can learn how

we help ourselves to improve.

Intro 2:

This week I'm exploring and reading stories, and I've been asking

myself: Why does a story matter? Why does your story matter? When does the

story matter? How do they help us? Why should we tell them? when we

should be gracious enough to share them. I want you to know that when you

write a story, you must find inspiration. The first step in writing a story is coming

up with an idea.

Intro 3:

You must understand the flow of your story about yourself. It serves as

your brainstorm once you have an idea for your story. You will learn more

about this, so without further ado, brace yourselves, prepare your feelings,

lend me your ears, and let’s get started!

DISCUSSION:

Do you have a story about your life? Yes, you have, of course! Many

people have their own stories. Because we all have unique stories about

ourselves and perspectives on our lives, life is not just about existing but also

about how a person defines that existence. It is a life journey. We live, we

spend our lives, and then we die.

My life is a roller coaster of struggles and achievements. I believe that

even though life is beautiful, one should always be ready to face challenges.

A person can never achieve success if he does not face challenges with a

strong mind.

I am sixteen years old. After my school experience, I was certain that

pre-medical was the path I should take. Like everyone else, I also have an

aim in my life. I believe that a life without any aim is a waste. I want to

become an efficient doctor one day. My uncle and aunt are also doctors

and hold a very respectable place in society. They are my role models.

I am already studying too hard, and I hope to make my family proud

one day. It took me a while to get back in the swing of things and live a

normal high school life. I give myself credit for doing it on my own. I turned

myself around because I knew my lifestyle was wrong and what I was doing

was dangerous. I would say it took a long time before I formed my own

identity, and it's still changing.

I was always afraid of being who I was. In middle school that's when I

recognized my struggle with my identity. Around that age girls always wanted

to act like each other. I tried, but it never worked for me. couldn't be like the

rest of them. You must balance the desire to try out many possible selves and

the need to form from left a single self. Which is very important to the
developing mind. Throughout my teenage years, I felt insecure and

self-conscious.

There's a lot of pressure for people to uphold a certain standard, and

positive reinforcement from parents, teachers, and society is vital. I learned

that if you continue to be someone other than yourself, you will never be

able to find your true self. I always fear the future. I know what I want to do

with my life, but I'm not sure when or how it's going to happen. I have a

successful career in my future, but I start to reflect on my childhood.

At this point in my life, I don't want to spend time thinking about the

past or the things I should have done. I want to be content with the life that I

have now. I overcame a lot of struggles but didn't let that define who I am as

a person. I didn't let it affect my future. My stages through life shaped me to

become stronger. Over the years, I was able to find myself.

And the person I am today is someone that I'm proud of. My life

story is all about just believing in myself and struggling hard to achieve my

main goals. This is my life story, and I have enjoyed it a lot. I cannot forget

these moments in my entire life. I began to do well, still a little on the edge,

but I knew it wouldn't be perfect in a day. I needed time to find myself more

than anything, and here I am now, a senior waiting to be graduated.

Warm Up:

I would like you to remember that your story about yourself always deals

with reality. You will never find yourself until you face the truth. And according

to Julian Fellowes, “The harsh reality is always better than false hope.” You

can now begin writing your own story about yourself and the experiences

that have led you to better yourself and learn from your mistakes.
I think it's important to find ways to help out generations ahead of you.

Using our education and knowledge for the betterment of others will do

good for our society.

Outro

That ends our episode for today. Catch up for more as we embark on

another story. I hope you learned a lot from this podcast. This has been your

podcaster thea, leaving you with a profound and powerful reminder to write

your story. Close the pages and start a new chapter whenever you need to.

Remove the pieces that don't belong. More enjoyable things should be

included.

Dream about the future you want, then begin to write the journey

there. Find the characters who will help you in your adventure and those who

will help you in theirs. Accept the chapters in the middle where you don't

know what will happen next but aren't completely at the end because they

are also exciting and full of possibilities.

Because no one else can, write your own story. Write about it with

love and passion... Create a positive one. because a new chapter can be

written at any time. Your life story is something you have created. Thats all

and I wish you the greatest happiness and love in this new chapter of your

life. Stay positive and grateful. Goodbye.
