MR APPOINTMENT LETTER

To Mr. Zaid Elias,

We are pleased to appoint you as "The Management Representative” with effect from 1 st
September, 2021. Apart from your regular responsibilities, you will;
a) Ensure that processes needed for The Quality Management System are established,
implemented and maintained as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 international
standard.
b) Report to the Top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System
and any need for improvement.
c) Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the
organization.
d) Review of the Quality Management System in relation with specification; periodic
performance reviewing;
e) Planning & organizing internal audit and its reporting in management review meeting
f) Corrective and Preventive actions;
g) Maintenance of all relevant records
h) Liaison with external authorities on ISO related issues as required.
