Competence Requirements

Education o Relevant Further Education qualification such as a

recognised qualification
Specific Training, Certificates o Conducting inspections, CSCS
etc.
Specific Skills o Planning and implementation
o People management, giving directions, guidance and
support
o Organised and methodical approach to tasks
o Committed to continuous process improvement
o Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suit
o Confident with iAuditor, Fieldview and/or BIM 360
Field
Experience o 5 years in similar role

Specific Duties

Responsibilities o Build up and implement an Integrated Management

System, IMS
o Ensuring that the quality management system
conforms to the requirements of this International
Standard and reviewing and authorising IMS
o Ensuring that the processes are delivering their
intended outputs and conduct Internal Audits
o Reporting on the performance of the quality
management system and on opportunities for
 improvement (see 10.1), in particular to top
management
o Ensuring the promotion of customer focus
throughout the organization through training and
incentives
o Reviewing the arrangements from time to time and
provide continual improvement / lessons learnt in all
areas of Quality Assurance and Environment
o Provide training on the IMS and inspection process
o Build up key areas of Quality Assurance
o Build up the key areas of Quality Assurance &
Environment
o Create Work Inspection Records
o Create Quality and Environment Inspection forms
o Create a Quality and Environmental Plan.
o Visiting sites and inspecting and auditing for Quality
and Environment
o Write reports and manage NCRs
