SCENE #1

In the land of Devontae Kingdom, there lived a princess named Selene. Selene was the first child of the
king. Her mother died due to an unknown reason, which left Selene with her father. In order to keep the
kingdoms balance, the king then married his second wife, Carmella . Selene grew up with her father, the
king, and her stepmother.

-At the Palace-

Princess Selene: Good morning mother. Good morning father. I woke up early today because I'm going
to visit my best friend, Elise.

Queen Carmella: Good morning Selene my dear, have you eaten yet?
 Princess Selene: No, not yet mother.

King Aztect: Great, come sit with us then, my princess. We have a surprise for you.

*The king and the queen looked at each other. Princess

Selene: You both look excited, what is it?

Queen Carmella: I'm pregnant sweet heart! We're having a baby! You’re going to be a big sister!

Princess Selene: Oh really?!! Yeyy!! I'm going to be a big sister!!

*Excitedly stands up from her seat and hugs her stepmother.

Elise will be so glad to hear this news, I'm going to see her!! Goodbye mother! Goodbye father!

*Runs off the castle in a rush.

-At Elise's house in a little village inside the kingdom-

Princess Selene: Good morning Mr. Hendrix!!

Hendrix/ Elise's father: Good morning Princess Selene!!

*Runs pass Mr. Hendrix.

Princess Selene: Elise!

Elise!!

Elise/Bff of Selene: Selene!!

*Ran toward each other and hugged.

Princess Selene: I have something important to tell you.

Elise/Bff of Selene: What is it?

Princess Selene: My mother's pregnant! I'm going to be a big sister!

*Excitedly announced.

Elise/Bff of Selene: What? Really? That's great! The kingdom will have a new member of the royal family.
Our kingdom will surely cherish this new royal pea.

Princess Selene: I can't wait to see my new sibling!

(9 months later, at night)

-At the Palace-

Queen Carmella: Ah!! Aztect!! I think our baby's going to be born today, ah!!

*Screaming in pain while laying on the bed. King

Aztect: Devon!! Call the doctor real quick!!

Devon/Head of the army: Yes sir, right on my way.

*Walks out to call and get the doctor.

King Aztect: Just hold on honey, the doctor's coming. I can't wait to see our sweet little child. Just hold
on darling.

*Rubs his wife's belly

-few minutes later-

Devon/Head of the army: Your highness, the doctor's here.

Doctor Alice: Doctor Alice of Elixir Kingdom from the land of Terrain, glad to serve you your highness.

Queen Carmella: Ah!! The baby's coming!!

King Aztect: Take good care of my wife and my child, I'll leave them to you. Please handle them safely.

Doctor Alice: Yes your highness

King Aztect: I love you my queen, please be safe.

King Aztect and Devon: *Left the room.

-few minutes later-

Queen Carmella: Ahhhhhh!!!!

Background music: (A baby crying)

Doctor Alice: It's a beautiful little princess, what a sweet child!

*Passed the child to the queen.

Queen Carmella: Oh my sweet little princess.

Doctor Alice: What name will you give her your highness?

Queen Carmella: Cassandra, her name will be Princess Cassandra of Devontae Kingdom.

King Aztect: *Entered the room.

Oh honey, our little princess. I'm going to love this child with all my heart as I have loved her sister.

Our daughter is as pretty as you are. I am more than blessed to have you.

*hugged her

SCENE #2

-few months

later- (the day

of baptism)

Everybody's busy preparing for the baptism of the newly born princess. All of their maids and workers are
in a rush for the big celebration. The whole kingdom is excited to meet the new royalty. While the king
and queen are preparing for the event, Princess Selene on the other hand is preparing herself and dressed
for the occasion. After getting dressed, she wanted to help for the preparation of her little sister’s
baptism.
Princess Selene: Today is the day, I want to help prepare for this big occasion. Mother will be happy to
know that I helped!

*Goes to the

kitchen. Cheif:

*Busily cooking.

Good morning

princess!

Princess Selene: Good morning chef! Do you mind if I help?

Chef: I'm sorry princess, but everything must be perfect as ordered by the queen. This the way where the
new princess will be announced to the whole kingdom, and a lot of other royalties are coming. Which
means that everything must be perfect and must be according to the
queen’s will.

Princess Selene: I can help you cook. I can season this food, look.

*Pours all the salt to the soup

Chef: Oh no princess, no, no, no, no!! Now it's all too salty!!

*Looks disappointed.

Princess Selene: I'm so sorry chef, I'll just stir this for you.

*Spilled the whole dish.

Chef: Oh no, princess. I'm so sorry but you have to leave this job to me or else everything will become a
mess.

*Pushed her out of the kitchen.

Disappointed, Princess Selene walks out and goes to the event room instead. There she found the
decorator decorating the place for the big event.

Princess Selene: Good morning Mr. Decorator. Mind if I help?

Decorator: I'm sorry princess, but everything must be perfect as ordered by the queen. Everything must
be beautifully pleasing in the eyes.

Princess Selene: But I can help, look.

*Pulls down a sheet of cloth and all the decorations collapsed.

The decorator looks disappointingly to the princess. Unfortunately, the queen saw the incident and was
mad about what happened to the decorations and the dish.

Queen Carmella: Enough Selene! You've caused so much trouble young lady!!! You've messed up
everything!!!! What will you ruin next?!!!

*Grabs the princess by her shoulder

Princess Selene: Ouch!!! I'm so sorry mother. I was just trying to help.

Queen Carmella: Help!? Do you think what you did helped? Oh, maybe it did. It did help the event
collapse!
The scene was caught by the king. He stopped the queen from hurting the first princess. Princess Selene
was shocked by the behavior of the her mother. She have never treated her like that, and tears rolled
down her cheeks.

King Aztect: My dear, don't be disappointed, we'll fix everything.

Queen Carmella: How?!! Your daughter ruined everything!!! Everything must be perfect Aztect, everything!!!

King Aztect: Calm down my queen. We’ll find a way.

*Rubs the queens back and afterwards, he leaned close to her first born daughter.

Darling, I guess you should leave everything with the experts, this event is important for us. You

should stay in you room until everything is done. We’ll just call you, ok?

Princess Selene: Yes father, I understand. I’m sorry.

*Sadly walks out of the scene and goes to her room.

The queen stared at the young princess madly. She became annoyed at the sight of the princess, her point of
view of her changed. She became rude to the princess
SCENE #3

-At the baptism-

Priest: In the name of God, I here baptize you Princess Cassandra of Devontae Kingdom.

Everyone: All hail Princess Cassandra of Devontae Kingdom.

*Claps their hands and cheered.

King Aztect: I here introduce to you, my new princess, Princess Cassandra of Devontae Kingdom.

Everyone: *Clapping and cheering.

King Aztect: Let us now begin the feast!

While everybody's eating, Princess Selene approached her mother. However, the queen
interacted rudely to the princess.

Princess Selene: Mother, I'm sorry for what I've done earlier. I didn't mean to..

*The queen interrupted her explanation.

Queen Carmella: You shut up little brat. You intentionally want to ruin everything. Don’t give me that
useless excuse! You are just like your useless mo-

*The queen stopped because their conversation was caught by the king. King

Aztect: Is everything alright my here?

Queen Carmella: Oh yes my dear. We were just a having a little chat.

*Puts her hand on Selene's head and looked at her strangely. (at

night after the event)

-At Selene's room-

The king put the princess to bed like how he always does. The rudeness and the change of the attitude of
the queen was still bothering the princess.
Princess Selene: Father…

King Aztect: Yes my dear?

Princess Selene: Is mother mad at me? Did I do something wrong?

King Aztect: She's just disappointed my dear, she'll be just fine. Don’t worry too much about it. All will be
all right in time. Sleep now my little princess.

Princess Selene: Good night father

King Aztect: Good night my dear

*Left her room

SCENE #3

Few years passed and the queen continued her rudeness towards the first princess. She scolds her every
time the King is not around but she acts politely when the King is watching. The King was blinded by his
wife's behavior towards her child. He thought that everything was fine between the two.

Princess Selene: Mother, why are you treating me like this?

*Sobbing.

Queen Carmella: You shut up little brat!! I will treat you the way I want to!! You're just a bother in my
plans!!

Princess Selene: I will tell father about this! I cannot stand you always hurting me!

Queen Carmella: Say a single word to your father and you'll be punished. Don’t threaten the threat
itself Selene.

*Leaves the room and locked the door.

Princess Selene: Mother no!! Please open the door!

*Sobbing while banging the door.

Meanwhile, King Aztect was looking for Princess Selene. King

Aztect: Cassandra my dear, have you seen your sister?

Princess Cassandra: No father, I haven't seen her since this morning. Why?

Queen Carmella: *Interrupts their conversation.

Oh dear, she's inside her room refusing to go out. Let's just let her be.

King Aztect: I have something to discuss with her honey.

Queen Carmella: The discussion can wait, let's just let have time for her own for now.

By the words of the queen the king was convinced that Selene is not feeling well so he just let the time
and talk about it during dinner.

-At the diner-

King Aztect: Where's Selene, it has been all day and she's not out yet? Is she okay?
Queen Carmella: Oh my love, maybe she's inside her room sleeping. I'll go get her.

*Leaves the table and went to the basement.

Wake up now my dear, your father's looking for you.

Don't give me that face sweet heart. Fix your face and let's go see your father.

The princess stands up and went to her room to get fixed, her evil step mother was watching her while
she's getting ready. The queen was staring at her evilly and was giving her a rude look.

Queen Carmella: Are you done? Be quick, your father is waiting.

*The queen left the room and Selene followed her.

What's with that face? Put on a smile honey.

Princess Selene: Yes mother.

*Puts on a fake smile.

Queen Carmella: Good, there we go. Don't you ever mention our secret to you father okay. It's for your
own good sweety.

Princess Selene: Yes mother.

The two went to the dinning area where the King and Princess Cassandra are waiting. King

Aztect: What took you both so long?

Queen Carmella: We we’re just having a little mother and daughter chat honey. But we're here now

King Aztect: Selene my dear, I have something important to tell you.

Princess Selene: What is it father?

King Aztect: Your 18th birthday is fast approaching. We have to find you a prince to marry. It’s finally
time for you to find your king that will make you his queen.

Princess Selene: Oh father am I not too young for that? I want to be married with someone I love. I
don’t want a loveless marriage father. Loveless marriage never ends well!

King Aztect: We have to follow our royal tradition sweetheart, understood? Tomorrow morning you'll
meet your prince so prepare yourself.

Princess Selene: Yes father.

*The princess smiled bitterly.

The queen smiled for she thought that she could finally get rid of the first princess.

SCENE #4

-(the next day)-

Queen Carmella: Oh sweet child, you're finally moving out of this palace.

Princess Selene: Are you happy now mother?

Queen Carmella: More than you can ever imagine my dear.

Princess Selene: Did you even love me mother?

Queen Carmella: You don’t deserve my love, Selene.

*Their conversation was interrupted by a servant.

Servant: You're highness, King Arthur and his son is here to meet and discuss something with the
princess.

Queen Carmella: We'll be there in a moment.

* The servant left the room.

Princess Selene: Mother, I don't wanna be married!!

Queen Carmella: You have no choice Selene, stop being dramatic and start moving. Go meet
your prince now, don’t make them wait.

*Turns her back, left the room and gave an evil smile

The princess cried for she does not want to be married with someone she doesn’t know. In order to avoid
this fixed marriage, she escaped and left the palace. As soon as they found out that the princess was
missing, the whole kingdom went searching for her. However, the princess went far down the woods. On
the other hand, Prince Lucius is having an argument with his father.

Prince Lucius: Father, I don't want to be married!!

King Arthur: You have no choice young man. I'm getting old, I need you to take charge of my throne
and find you a queen. Besides, you are already old enough to go and bring home a grandchild for me.

Prince Lucius: Whatever, I'm not coming with you!!

*Runs away and went to the woods.

King Arthur: Don't try me young man, you'll come back soon.

-In the woods-

Princess Selene: Where am I? Wherever I am, I don’t care. I won’t go back to the palace.

Hears a weird noise.

What was that? Psh! Like I’m scared. I’m strong and independe-

*Hears another weird noise.

The princess got frightened by the noise, then suddenly a wild fox showed up ready to attack the you lady.
The princess ran as fast as can but unfortunately, she tripped. The princess cried and closed her eyes not
knowing what's going to happen next. But she’s hoping that somebody will come and save her. Out of
nowhere a man showed up and saved the princess.

Prince Lucius: Are you okay? Princess?

Princess Selene: Yes, thank you..ahm..what's your name?

*The prince helped her get up.

Prince Lucius: Prince Lucius your highness, and you?

Princess Selene: I'm Princess Selene of Devontae Kingdom.

Prince Lucius: What brings you here out in the woods? It's not safe here pretty woman.
Something bad might have happened to you if I didn’t come and save you.

Princess Selene: My father set me up to marry a man whom I don't love. Heck, I don’t even know
who he is.

Prince Lucius: Then you escaped? And your feet brought you here in the woods?

*Their conversation was interrupted by a loud shout. Devon/Head of

the army: Go spread out and find the princess!!

Princess Selene: Oh no, the armies are here. You have to go before they see you. Until we meet again,
my prince. I owe you my life.

Prince Lucius: Why don’t you meet me here tonight princess?

Princess Selene: I-I, what do you mean?

Prince Lucius: Meet me here at night princess, well escape together.

Princess Selene: What you’re planning seems to be pretty dangerous Lucius. Are you sure about this?

Prince Lucius: For you my princess, I am.

Princess Selene: Then we'll sure do meet here at night my prince.

*After kissing the hand of the princess, he hugged her. Then, he left.

Devon/Head of the army: Your highness, I'm glad I found you. Let's go back to the palace. The king and
queen are waiting for you.

Selene followed Devon back to the castle. On her way home she kept on thinking about the prince she
met in the woods. The princess is in love with her saviour and was ready to escape with him. He is her
knight in shining armor. For her, the prince is the light that shines bright amidst the darkness, her
darkness.The prince on the other hand went back to the castle and can't help thinking about the
princess. It was love at first sight.

-At the Palace-

King Aztect: What's going on with you young lady! You tried to escape, the woods is not safe for you!

Princess Selene: I'm sorry father, but I don't want to get married. I met someone in the woods and I love
him.

King Aztect: A man in the woods?!! Are you crazy?! You want to marry a poor man?! What is he?! A
stupid rat?!

Princess Selene: Why are you so quick to judge father?! You haven’t even met him!

King Aztect: No more explanations, go get ready to meet your husband. Prepare yourself to forget
about that man.

Selene went up to her room not knowing what she will do to escape for all the guards are guarding her.
She’s left with nothing to do. Knowing that she's in love with Prince Lucius, she just cried for she can't
meet her beloved in the woods.

SCENE #5

-moments later-

Prince Lucius and his father arrived at the palace. The prince was not happy to come along with his father.
He knows to himself that he only wants to marry the girl he met in the woods. As they walk inside the
palace, Princess Cassandra saw the prince and was attracted by him. She haven't seen any man as
handsome as the prince. She wants the prince. She went to her mother and told her that she wanted to
marry the prince.

Princess Cassandra: Mother, I want to be married with the prince.

Queen Carmella: What are you thinking sweet child, the prince is opted to be married with your sister.

Princess Cassandra: But I love him mother!

Queen Carmella: We'll find you your own prince darling, don't worry.

Princess Cassandra: No! I want him and him alone. If it’s not him then I don’t want it.

The princess walks out mad at her mother. She felt jealous with her sister and was mad at her for she is
going to marry the man that she loves. Selene on the other hand was preparing for the meeting when
the servant called her and she went down to meet the prince.

King Aztect: King Arthur my good friend.

*Shakes their hand and hugged.

King Arthur: Aztect, it's been a long time. I haven't met your princess, where is she?

King Aztect: She'll be here in a moment. Is this your son, Lucius?

King Arthur: Yes, yes. He's ready to meet your daughter.

Selene went down and stepped in the room ready to meet her future husband but with disappointment in
her heart. She wants him.

King Aztect: Oh here she is.

King Arthur and Lucius looked at her as she walks. Lucius was relieved when she saw Selene. He's
marrying the girl that he loves. Selene on the other hand was surprised that the prince she’s going to
marry was the man she met in the woods. Their fathers talked about their
wedding while the two were having a chat in the garden. Princess Cassandra saw them together and was
jealous and furious for she can see that her sister is enjoying the conversation with the man that she loves.
Tears rolled down her cheeks and her mother saw her crying.

Princess Cassandra: song-"Can I be her?"

Queen Carmella: Why are you crying my dear?

Princess Cassandra: Look at them mother, they're so happy, while I'm here looking miserable.

Queen Carmella: *looked at the couple happily chatting.

Looks like your sister’s in love with the prince. Well, that was fast. Hush now my dear, you're going to
marry the man that you love.
 Queen Carmella smiled for she got a plan to destroy the princess's happiness and make her daughter
marry the prince instead. At night after dinner, she entered the room of the first princess.

Queen Carmella: Looks like you're in love with your prince.

Princess Selene: What is it now mother? What are you trying to do?

Queen Carmella: Nothing, I just noticed that you look so happy chatting with him back there. However,
it's so sad that your prince is not into you

Princess Selene: What are you saying mother? We love each other.

Queen Carmella: Ohh, you think so? How come he's marrying your sister instead of you? Doesn't it
mean that, he's in love with her?

Princess Selene: No, that can't be! Prince Lucius is marrying me! We're happy together!

*Tears drop off her face

Queen Carmella: Don't cry my dear it's just a little heart break, aren't you happy for your sister?

Princess Selene: No!! I don't believe you. He told me he loves me!

Queen Selene: He's playing with you my dear. You're inlove with someone who doesn't love you.

*Walks out the room and locks the door

Selene was left devastated in her room. She couldn't believe what she have heard from her mother. Her
heart was left broken after hearing the words of her mother. She wanted to talk to the prince but the
queen locked her inside her room. She wanted to confront the prince about his feelings for her.

SCENE #6

King Aztect: Where's Selene? I have to talk to her about the wedding.

Queen Carmella: My love, sadly your daughter don't want to continue the wedding anymore. She
doesn't love the prince you picked for her.

King Aztect: But our kingdom needs a new king and queen. The wedding's going on whether she likes it or
not.

Queen Carmella: Honey we can't force her go marry someone she doesn't love.

King Aztect: Then who's marrying Prince Lucius, we can't cancel the wedding.

Queen Carmella: Maybe we can have our precious Cassandra as his queen instead.

King Aztect: What?! No!! Cassandra's too young.

Queen Carmella: You don't understand honey, she loves the prince and she's willing to take her sister's place.

King Aztect: Fine! I'll talk to King Arthur about this.

*Walks away

The queen was happy that her plan works on sabotaging her stepdaughter's happy relationship. On the other
hand, she prepared Cassandra for the wedding. She arranged a meeting with the prince and Cassandra for
them to have time together.
Queen Carmella: Are you ready my dear?
Princess Cassandra: More than ever mother. I'm finally marrying the love of my life. Thank you mother

*Hugs her mother

Queen Carmella: Anything for your happiness my dear. Anything for you. Hurry now sweety, your prince is
waiting outside for you.

Both of them walked outside the room to meet the prince. Cassandra was so happy that she's finally getting
what she wanted.
Prince Lucius: Explain it to me your highness. Why did she back out?

King Aztect: She don't want to continue the wedding anymore Prince Lucius.

Prince Lucius: What?! Where is she? I have to see her, this can't be!

*Queen Carmella and Princess Cassandra arrives

Queen Carmella: Selene doesn't want to see you my dear. It's better just to let her be, Cassandra here is ready
to take her place so the wedding is still on.

Prince Lucius: No I need her explanation!

Queen Carmella: She doesn't want to talk to anyone.

The prince couldn't believe what he just have heard. He was shocked about this news. He wanted to talk to the
princess but the queen's making an excuse for him not to see Princess Selene. The prince just followed his
father's order and agreed to marry Princess Cassandra instead for he thought that Princess Selene changed her
mind about marrying him. Prince Lucius and Princess Cassandra was together the whole night. On the hand,
while Princess Selene was locked inside her room, she heard Lucius' voice, she was delighted to hear the voice
of her beloved. She wanted to call his name but she that him and her sister are together.

Princess Selene: It's true, he doesn't love me. I'm not the one that he loves. Maybe I was just dreaming all
along.

Song:"It's not fine"

Princess Selene cried all her pain out. The she decided to write a letter for her beloved as a sign of her
letting go and giving him up to her sister. She stated in the letter how much she loves him and that she
wanted to marry him, but after seeing him beeing with her sister she decided to sacrifice for the happiness
of her beloved. She dropped the letter off her window. The prince noticed the letter and picked it up. After
reading the letter she went back inside the castle to find the princess.

Princess Cassandra: Where are you going Prince Lucius?

Prince Lucius: I have to find Selene.

Princess Cassandra: What?! You're still thinking about her?! I'm your future wife, are you just ganna leave me
here for her?

Prince Lucius: I love her. If that what it takes to be with her then I'll do it. Good bye Cassandra.

SCENE #7
The prince left Cassandra heart broken, she thought that it will be a happy ending for her and the
prince. However his love for Selene was so strong that he wanted to search all around the castle just to
find her.

Prince Lucius: Excuse me your majesty, I really need to see the first princess. She dropped me this
letter.

Queen Carmella: I'm sorry young boy, but she doesn't want to be with you.

Prince Lucius: No! Stop hiding her from me! I need to see her, where is she?

Queen Carmella: Don't be such an idiot and just follow my order!!. You are going to marry my daughter
Prince Lucius: What did you do to her?! Where is she?

Queen Carmella: Stay away from my way young prince if you still want to see your beloved princess.

The queen grew furious and showed her true colors. She threatened the prince that she will hurt the first
princess if he don't do what she wants. The King overheard their conversation and was surprised by the
words of his wife.

King Aztect: What?! How can you say something like that?! Where's my daughter?!

Queen Carmella: Honey, Selene's in her room sleeping and taking a rest for a while hahaha, there's
nothing to be worried about.

King Aztect: Tell me where exactly my first born is or you will regret this in your entire life.

Queen Carmella: You're really love your daughter more than me?!

King Aztect: She's my first child, and I love her more than everything. If something happens to her I will
assure you will never lay even one foot inside my castle or even my kingdom.

Queen Carmella: You love her because she's the daughter of your first love!

King Aztect: Don't you ever mention her mother in this. I love her with all of my heart, and she's the only
thing she left me.

Queen Carmella: I should have killed them both. Maybe you'll love me more without that stupid princess. I
should have buried her with her mother!!

King Aztect: What?! You killed my first wife?!

Queen Carmella: Yes!! Yes I did, because I thought you can finally see me when she's gone.

King Aztect: No one can ever replace her. Her mother has the biggest place in my heart.

Queen Carmella: Do you really love me? Did you ever love me?

King Aztect: I tried to, I'm sorry, but I love her more.

Queen Carmella: *slaps the

king

I gave you everything!!

King Aztect: But she's still the one in my heart, I'm sorry.

*Left to find Princess Selene

The queen was hurt to know the truth about the kings feelings. She grew furious and her heart was bitter
after hearing those words. The king and the prince on the other hand kept searching for the princess. The
prince searched near the room of the princess.

Prince Lucius: Princess Selene!! Princess Selene!! Where are you?

Princess Selene: I'm here my prince, I'm here!!

Prince Lucius: I'm so sorry my love, I thought you don't want to marry me anymore.

Princess Selene: I want to marry no one but you my love, but mother said you love my sister.

Prince Lucius: What? No, I love no one else but you Selene.

*Touched the princess's face and the king arrived

King Aztect: My princess, are you okay? Did she hurt you?
