Hello dear friend
how are you?
You informed me that you will come to my
country, so i want to give you some
recommendations about our climates and how you
should dress. In Colombia we have two seasons:
winter and summer, currently we are in summer,
and we use light clothes such as shorts, t-shirts,
jeans, sandals, hats, umbrellas, and everything
that can cover us from the sun and not from too
much heat. On the other hand, in the winter
season we use sweaters and long-sleeved shirts,
overalls, tennis shoes, umbrellas and everything
that protects us from the rain and cold. We have
some dangerous climates such as floods and
excessively high temperatures. In floods it rains
too much, the rivers increase their water level,
they overflow and this causes the water to reach
the houses, families lose everything and have to
leave their homes, crops are also lost and animals
die, at this time people generally use boots,
plastic overalls and umbrellas. In temperatures
that are too high, fires break out and water
becomes scarce.
