Perfectly Imperfect ep 22

Everyone is devasted by Itachi’s death.

Sakura: It is not a good time, but we really need to tell Sasuke about Itachi.

Naruto: I know, but he will be devasted. He was the only family he had left.

Hinata: I will do it. I promised to Itachi that I will take care of Sasuke, even if he hurt all of us. We need to
be with him.

Kushina (cries): You really care for him. Thank you very much. I can see why Itachi trusted you.

Hinata( with tears in her eyes): Thank you very much.(after that she goes to the hospital entrance and
calls Sasuke)

Sasuke sees the call, but doesn’t answer it.

Hinata: << Sasuke, don’t make harder than it is. Please answer. I really need you.>> calls again

Sasuke sees the call and finally answer it.

Sasuke: What is it?

Hinata(crying): Sasuke…

Sasuke: Hinata? What happened? Why are you crying?

Hinata: Sasuke, you need to come… it’s about Itachi…

Sasuke: What about him?

Hinata: He…he…

Sasuke: Hinata, you’re scaring me… What happened to him? Is he ok?

Hinata: No…(crying) he died…

Sasuke: (In shock) What…

Hinata: I am sorry. Please come. We need you. We need to be now by your side because it is going to be
a rough time.

Sasuke(still in shock and crying): Itachi… why…

Hinata: He was suffering from a very rare disease and it was incurable. He kept it secret because he
didn’t want you to suffer. It is very hard, even for us… Please Sasuke come.. I want to be with you, to be
by your side. I don’t want you to be alone. Naruto’s family needs you as well, they are your family.
Everyone needs you. You are not alone.

Sasuke: Hinata…(bursts in tears and hangs the phone)

Hinata: Sasuke…<<I hope you will come>>

Sasuke begin to scream because of the pain and wakes Karin up.
Karin: Babe what happened? Why are you screaming?

Sasuke: Leave me alone. I am going back to Konoha.

Karin: Why? I don’t understand… Didn’t you want to leave Konoha?

Sasuke: MY BROTHER DIED KARIN. THAT’S WHY!

Karin(in shock): I am sorry…

Sasuke: I need to go back. I need to see him…

Karin: We will go back there in the morning.

Sasuke: No… I will go right now. You can stay here if you want.

Karin: If that’s what you want, fine…

Sasuke picks up his bag and leaves in a rush. After two hours, he arrived in Konoha and goes to the
hospital.

He only finds Hinata there who was sleeping with tears in her eyes. Sasuke sees Itachi’s room and his
body covered in a white blanket. He bursts in tears and it wakes up Hinata.

Hinata: Sasuke… You are here(and hugs him)

Sasuke: Hinata… why didn’t he tell me? Why did he leave me?

Hinata: I am sorry… I really am, but I promise to Itachi that I will be by your side.

Sasuke: I am sorry for everything. I messed up really bad and I hurt everybody, especially you and Itachi.
Now it’s too late to tell Itachi how sorry I am. I made his final days horrible. I am the cause of everyone’s
unhappiness.

Hinata: It’s not true. You made some bad choice, but it doesn’t mean that you are the cause of
everyone’s unhappiness. Naruto and his family will always love you. Itachi still loved you until the end
and I will never stop to love you even if you don’t love me.

Sasuke kiss Hinata

Sasuke: I love you. I have always loved you. I didn’t want to tell you because you are too good for me. I
tried to make you give up on your feelings for me and fall in love on Itachi because you deserved to be
with him. He made you happy.

Hinata: I know, but I didn’t see anyone better than you. Even if you hurt me, I couldn’t give up on my
feelings for you. I want to be with you, but you have a girlfriend.

Sasuke: I never loved Karin, I just spent time with her by sleeping together. I know it is not a good thing
and I should tell her. You have always been in my heart.

Hinata: You don’t know how much it means to me. (kiss him again)

Sasuke: Let’s go to my house. You are very tired.

Hinata: Ok Sasuke.

They both sleep in Sasuke’s room.

In Sasuke’s dream

Itachi: Hello brother

Sasuke: Itachi...(hugs him). Why didn’t you tell me about your disease? Why did you want to suffer in
secret? Why...

Itachi: I didn’t want you to suffer more after our parents death. Seeing you happy was very important to
me. I know that you will be happy with Hinata. She is the one who can help you and I am sure that she
will be always by your side because she loves you much.

Sasuke: But you loved her too...

Itachi: Yes, but I knew from the beginning that I didn’t have a chance.

Sasuke: Thank you… Please tell our parents that I said hello to them and I really miss them.

Itachi: I will. Now it’s time for me to go.

Sasuke: I am going to miss you, brother.

Itachi: Me too. Bye Sasuke and I will always love you.

Sasuke wakes up. He tries to leave the room without waking up Hinata. He goes on the couch and is lost
in his thoughts.

Hinata: Sasuke? Are you all right?

Sasuke: Did I wake you up? Sorry, I couldn’t sleep. I saw Itachi in my dream and I still can’t believe that
he is gone. I needed a time to think myself.

Hinata: Sasuke… I know it’s a hard time, but we will get through of it together. I promised to you that I
will be always by your side. You need to be strong. -hugs him-

Sasuke: I don’t know what to do without you. I would still have fallen on my mistake if I hadn’t you.
Thank you very much for saving me, Hinata. I love you very much.

Hinata: I love you too, Sasuke.

They go back to sleep.

In the morning, Naruto and Sakura come to check on Sasuke.

Naruto: Sasuke, I am very sorry. Itachi was a great person. He was like a brother to me and I will miss
him so much. I promise to you to never leave you. You are my best friend and also my brother, even if
we have some fight. I love you bro.

Sasuke: Naruto, I am really sorry for being an asshole to you and your parents. I was so lost that I didn’t
know that I hurt you very much. I am going to apologies to your parents, especially to Kushina because I
broke her heart.
Naruto: She loves you very much even if you make mistakes. You are like a son to her and nothing will
change that.

Sasuke hugs Naruto: Thank you very much.

At the Naruto’s house

Kushina: Sasuke… -run up to him and hugs him with tears in her eyes-

Sasuke: Mom, I am so sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you and make you worry. I am really sorry.

Kushina: It’s ok, son. I will never be upset on you. I will always love you like my son even if something
bad happens.

Sasuke: I love you, mom.

Kushina: I love you, too and Itachi will always love you. He had a golden heart and everyone loved him.
He will be missed by everyone. At least, he is with your parents and is watching us.

Sasuke: You are right. He will remain in our hearts like a good brother and son.

After a while, Sasuke came back home.

Hinata: You’re back. How are you?

Sasuke: I am very ok. I talked a lot with Kushina and I feel very relieved.

Hinata: Very good! I am so glad that you are finally happy. I missed you being happy and kind.

Sasuke: Hinata -kisses her-

Karin: Babe, are you –

Sasuke: Karin…

Karin(shocked): What’s going on? Did you cheated on me? How could you do this to me?

Sasuke: Karin… I am sorry, but I love Hinata. I never loved you. I am really sorry.

Karin: I can’t believe it. I hope you deserved each other. You’ll pay for this. -runs away-

Hinata: It’s all my fault.

Sasuke: It’s not your fault. I should have been honest with her. Now that she knows, we can be together.

Sasuke kisses her and going to sleep together

Sasuke: Are you sure that you are ready?

Hinata: Yes, I am.

In the morning

Hinata: Good Morning, Sasuke.

Sasuke: Morning, Hinata.

Hinata: I am going to make breakfast.

Sasuke: Ok, Hinata.

At the breakfast

Hinata: Are you ready for Itachi’s funeral?
