The inspector did not generate trust in the community because at the time of
the visit they noticed a certain shortcoming in carrying out their procedure,
because according to the standard the inspector must implement quality
criteria to develop and reinforce compliance with regulations, procedures and
practices. of safe operation of instruction and training in order to try to
establish optimal standards in the centers that are in charge of training mining
personnel, with an acceptable level of operational safety. During the
inspections conducted under the framework of the continuous surveillance
plan, the inspectors must adequately document all the tasks carried out and
be able to evaluate the level of compliance of the CIAC and CEAC with respect
to the regulatory requirements and the execution of procedures. On the other
hand, it is necessary for the inspector to become familiar with the checklists
shown in this manual in order to make the checks more fluid, quick and
effective. These lists are different in nature and apply to the following areas:
instruction and training programs, record keeping and control of various kinds,
management personnel and instructors, facilities, flight training equipment,
quality assurance and management systems. of safety, manuals, etc., thus
ensuring that the inspection policy and procedures are applied uniformly by all
inspectors of the company.
