SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

and my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, deeds
and things to wit:

1. To accept, sign and execute any and all documents relating to

the acceptance of my share as an heir to the estate of _____________;

2. To pay any taxes that may be involved in the acceptance of the

share including the estate tax and documentary stamp taxes necessary to
effect the registration of the acceptance of my share;

3. To engage the services of a reputable real estate broker, a

lawyer, a tax professional and such other professional real estate
practitioner, if necessary, to ensure the expeditious and smooth of the
property and to pay their respective fees and/or commissions from out of the
proceeds of sale of the same;

4. To represent me before all government offices, agencies and

instrumentalities, including but not limited to the: Bureau of Internal
Revenue (“BIR”), Registry of Deeds (“ROD”), and Local Government Unit
(“LGU”) Assessor’s Office, and other such offices;

5. To further delegate all the powers and authority granted herein

pursuant to that which may be required, necessary, desirable, proper,
incidental or convenient to carry out the foregoing power and authority;

6. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds
necessary to undertake the execution and finalization of sale, transfer or
conveyance of the said property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorneys-in-Fact,

full power and authority whatsoever, which is requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said
Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
