which includes all students and teachers.
 Only registered numbers to the school is used

any teacher personally for any kind of school

 If a student is found talking or copying during the


test or examination, following will be the
consequences he/ she will have to face.

1st time – Directly “0” mark will be given.


2nd time – Suspension
3rd time – Student will be asked to leave the
school.
Discipline Policy

Issuing a Red Card

A Red Card will be issued to a child for the


following disciplinary issues:
continuously disturbing the class / bus
violence
bullying
using abusive language
bunking the class
bringing eatables without permission

The first time a Red Card is issued
 The parents will be informed.
 Privileges will be taken away from the child.
(Cancelling Hobby Classes or Activities for a week / Non-
participation in Inter-House Competition / Extra
homework , etc.)
 The Child has to get the Red Card signed by the teacher
after every period.
 If he/she wants the teacher to sign then the child will
have to behave properly or else the card will be carry
forwarded to the next week.
Discipline Policy
The second time a Red Card is issued

All the steps of issuing the first card will be


followed.

There will be 3 days detention (from 2.05 pm to


3.30 pm) as well as 1 day suspension.

Parents will have to pick up their child from the


school at 3:30 pm in case the school
transportation is unavailable.

All other steps of issuing the first card will
be followed.
3 days suspension.

The fourth time a Red Card is issued


All the steps of first card will be followed.
7 days suspension.
Leave Policy

 A student, suffering from an infectious or contagious disease


will not be permitted to attend the school until it is advisable by
the doctor.

 Also a student suffering from an infectious or contagious


disease should submit a doctor‟s certificate before resuming the
school.

 In case of illness, the school should be notified within 2 days


and a medical certificate is mandatory,

 Once in school, no leave will be granted for half day without


prior permission.
Leave Policy
 In case of absence for more than 3 days, a leave note duly
signed by the parent to be submitted to the class teacher. If a
student comes to school without leave application the next
day, then he/she will have to stay back the very day and if the
staff-bus has the route near the child‟s stop then only the
transportation will be provided or else parents have to pick
the child.

 Attendance record will be checked before Mid- Term and


Annual exam, if the attendance will be less according to the
School norms for the class then the student will be barred to
give the Mid-Term or Annual Exam respectively.
Leave Policy

 No Re-Test will be conducted for casual absence on test

days. Absent will be marked which will be considered as

„zero‟.

 Average marks will be given in case the child is absent

due to school representation or medical reason.

 On the day of test if the child is medically unfit, the same

should be informed latest by the morning on the same day.


Uniform

 Parents must ensure that their child comes to


school in proper uniform.

 If not in proper uniform, the child should


have a valid reason in the form of a note duly
signed by the parent / guardian only or else
the child will be asked to sit on the floor of
the class for that particular day.

HAIR DO

BOYS:
A well trimmed simple haircut.
No fancy haircut will be permitted
GIRLS:
Hair below shoulder, tied in one/two plaits

 The student will be asked to sit down on the


floor in class itself for that particular period.

 If the child doesn‟t complete it in that


particular period then the parents are
requested not to send him/her to school the
next day if he does not finish it at home.
Sharing Home Food with Regular

Parents will be informed.

 Privileges will be taken away for a week.

 On repetition, home food facility may be

cancelled.
Bus Discipline

 Student should board the bus on time.


 Students should conduct themselves in an
acceptable manner at all times.
 Abusive language, obscene gestures, horseplay,
throwing objects, fighting and other improper
conduct will not be tolerated.
 Eatables are strictly prohibited on school buses.
 Students can only switch from their assigned
bus with a written request from a
parent/guardian.
Bus Discipline

Any complaints should be reported to the


teacher or transport office.
Parents are not allowed to stop the bus or
board the bus to scold the child.
Strict actions would be taken in case if child
is found breaking the decorum of school bus.

Weight of the BAG

Weight of the bag is a real concern for the physical


well being of a child.
 We are here with some suggestions for the next
academic year (2021-2022):
Bag should be light weighted (Don‟t buy/use heavy
bag for school)
No steel water bottles.
Textbooks without binding.
100 pages notebook for all subjects except Math
notebook. Notebooks should not be covered.
Carry only those books to school / home which are
necessary.
We expect your cooperation for the correct
posture of our children.

tests i.e. Periodic I and II along with Term and Annual Exams.
