The creation of the Municipal Environment & Natural Resources Officer (MENRO) is one of the benchmarks of
the LGU in terms of protecting the environment. It enables to assess the current situation of the natural resource.
- Reforestation on Watershed Areas (limited seedling production)
- Unmaintained Forest Protected Areas
- Inefficient Implementation of Forestry laws
- Watersheds within Mining Companies
