Hanoi. I graduated from Ha Noi university of industry with a major is accounting. I
also have a degree in English. I would like to apply for the position of accountant
in your company.
Secondly, I believe my professional skills and experience are a great match for
your user's requirements. I am well-versed in accounting software such as Misa
and ERP systems. I also know how to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs,
including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition, despite the reality that I
recently graduated, I was able to do a 6-month work term with a company that
specialized in accounting and tax, enabling me to familiarize myself with financial
statements and tax reports.
Thirdly, I have good time management skills and the willingness to accomplish
tasks under pressure, which is a strength of mine. Because I know your company
specializes in electronic equipment and I used to work part-time in the electronics
field, I think I will be a good fit for the company. Furthermore, your company
offers a variety of employee benifits, which attracted my interest.
 Finally, If I am chosen by your company, I can perform general accounting
duties with respect to accounts payable and receivable and management reports. I
can also assist in performing management reporting and preparing financial
statements and schedule analysis for month-end closing.
