Clarification and Termination of Contract

The named parties, in this case, are both recognized as commercial entities who have parity with
one another, and indeed one is property belonging to the other, which is a violation of contract in
that one cannot sue one's property. It is a conflict of interest and a frivolous claim upon which
this court cannot grant relief. See Document "A" attached.

For clarification, this court is an administrative court that administers its business practices
according to its corporate rules of procedure. This court is also a franchise subsidiary of the
corporation known as the the 'STATE OF CALIFORNIA,' a franchise of the 'UNITED
STATES,' a bankrupt, insolvent corporation. See Document "B," attached.

The court made an error in assumption regarding me, a living man of flesh and blood, by titling
their litigant as 'DEFENDANT' and 'ERIC SCHMIDT.' For clarification, I am not 'ERIC
SCHMIDT,' the corporate entity, a transmitting utility created for business and investing
purposes of the UNITED STATES. See Document "C" attached.

I am :Eric: Schmidt, a non-us-citizen, non-taxpayer, and non-resident who operates outside of the
UNITED STATES, a corporation located in the district of Columbia. I am an American
National, sojourning upon the land and soil of my native birth, with UN-a-Lien-able rights given
me by my creator fully reserved in force of effect, none waived. I am unable to have parity with
legal fictions of law. I am not a 'PARTY' in this case. See Document "D," attached.

In the event of any silent tacit contracts having been created between the corporate entity,
'UNITED STATES' and I, the living man, :Eric: Schmidt, there exists no consent granted for the
living man to be governed thereby, and all contracts, whether expressed or implied, are now
revoked, rescinded and terminated. Absent agreement, there is no contract nor jurisdiction of
governance for this court to determine any decision regarding this living man's affairs. See
Document "E" attached.
For clarification, the following excerpt is offered to ascertain this action as being a complete
denial of compliance with all corporate regulations enumerated within the United States Code,
which is an operating manual for that private company's procedures and employees, of which I
am not a member, and which is a right I reserve for myself at this time, to not comply with
contractual obligations that have no benefit unto me or are created without my knowledge nor
consent. See Document "F" attached.

All contracts between this court, the UNITED STATES, all associated agencies, and I, the living
man, :Eric: Schmidt, are terminated. See Document "G" attached.
