That was followed by another confrontation, this time between Princess

Mclaine and Lian Gabilan. During the confrontation an altercation

them ensued,in the course thereof, Princess Mclaine ardently demanded for
her child and her whereabouts, Lian Gabilan on the other hand said to
Princess Mclaine- " ibabalik ko long sa'yo ang anak mo kung kayo mo no
silang buhayain!".

Princess Mclaine decided to go to Manila and work. While in Manila,

she constantly remembers her child and worried about her condition and
whereabouts .The thought of losing her child made her extremely emotional,
that
it often distracts her from her work and other normal activities;

Having missed her child for two years already, she decided to take
steps in finding her. She tried looking for the Facebook account of
respondent Thea S. Gabilan, and she saw pictures that were confirmatory of
her suspicion. She saw photographs her child with both Lian Gabilan and
Thea Gabilan.

In the photographs she saw, both Lian and Thea, along with RaniRose
who posed,appeared and portrayed themselves like a family;

She also realized that, her child, was not brought to Laguna as
previously claimed by Lian Gabilan, instead the child was brought to Thea
Gabilan's house in Muntinlupa City;

Likewise,she discovered that the name of her child, was changed to

Ma. Nina Jacqueline Santos Gabilan.There was even a Facebook wall post
made by Thea Gabilan to the sister of Lian Gabilan saying "legal na legal na
'to. Hehehe" which affirmed that she has been played around by the both Lian
and Thea, and their relatives;

The child is still in the custody of Lian and Thea up to present.

Princess Mclaine has not seen her child from the time she was taken away to
be brought to Baguio almost two years ago.

 Lian Gabilan's sister Ruby, was the one who fetched the child from
their house on November 20, 2021 at around 2:30 in the afternoon. As she
understood
it, Ruby would bring the minor to Baguio City and the minor would then stay
with Lian Gabilan's other Gizelle;

Princess Mclaine gave birth to their second child on December 14,

2021 but her daughter, RaniRose Gabilan, was still not returned to her.
Months passed,and until the second birthday of the Rani Rose, the child was
still not returned to the custody of Princess Mclaine;

Whenever she would ask Lian Gabilan about their daughter, he would
elude the conversation, shrug it off and say that the child is doing fine with
his sister and that the child is taken cared of;

On June 16, 2022,after the minor's second birthday, Princess Mclaine

went to the house of the parents of Lian Gabilan.There she was told by Lian
Gabilan's relative that the latter left for Manila on June 13, 2022.

On the same occasion, she chanced upon Lian Gabilan and his
second wife Sheila Medina with their three (3) children, who just arrived. An
altercation ensued between Princess Mclaine and Lian Gabilan.Princess
Mclaine confronted him about the fact that he left for Manila on the birthday of
their daughter without telling her;

In the course of the altercation. Lian Gabilan inadvertently revealed

that he went to visit their daughter, the minor herein, in Laguna. Said
revelation shocked Princess Mclaine, she was surprised to learn that their
daughter is in Laguna when all along she believed her to be in Baguio;

She even recalled an incident wherein, she was at the house of the
parents of Lian Gabilan, where she met a couplewho asked who she was,
and who were surprised when she introduced herself as the wife of Lian
Gabilan. According to the couple she met, they know Lian Gabilan's wife
to be an older woman, referring to Thea Santos Gabilan, and that they
have a child. They know this. because they have previously met them
together with the child; whom they say bears a striking resemblance to
Princess Mclaine. Prompting Princess Mclaine to think that the child they are
referring to is her daughter;

On July 11, 2022,after Princess Mclaine had a strong feeling that her
child, is with Thea S. Gabilan, she went to the parents of Lian Gabilan and
confronted them about it, the mother of Lian Gabilan strongly denied the
matter.
