    ORDER
    20/02/2018

    Counsel for Claimant has filed Claim Petition alongwith Documents & Vakalatnama and the same are
    taken on record.

    Despite service of notice (the track reports on record shows that the respondents have been served),
    there is no representation on behalf of Respondents. In the interest of Justice one more opportunity is
    granted to the Respondents to appear and rebut the claim of the Claimant.

    As provided in the act, procedure for the arbitration proceedings is summary in nature (filing Claim
    Petition, Reply, Rejoinder, Application if any and Evidence by way of Affidavit by both parties &
    Arguments) and the same shall be adhered to.

    The act also provides for the Arbitrator’s fee which the learned counsel for the Claimant Company
    undertakes to pay on or before the next date of hearing.

    Fresh notice is issued to the Respondents.

    Now come up on 14/03/2018 at 2.00 pm for appearance and hearing. Venue remains the same.
