FUNDRAISING MANDATE

The BATKAM VENTURES company or Organization with headquarters in street -NAIROBI.,

Nairobi-Kenya, represented by its Managing Director, MR. ROBINSON STANLEY OBADHA,
with I.D Card NO. or Passport 26307709 hereby give a mandate with full authority to SONE
HENRY KWENE, CEO of Rural Development Foundation and a Business Development
Consultant based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, for the following purposes: -

• To look for project funding of $74,541million USD to build a 40MW Solar Energy Ground PV
Power Plant within the localities of Siaya in Siaya County in Kenya. The aim of the project
funding is to realize the construction of total capacity 40MW, solar power station on a 100acres
farm land in Kenya.

• To contact various financial institutions, or even legal and natural persons likely to provide
BATKAM VENTURES the company or Organization with the necessary financing for the
proper execution of the Project, in strict compliance with the guidelines, instructions, approvals
and policies of the company.

This mandate shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of signature.
