:: CORRIGENDUM ::

Attention of all interested tenderers is invited to this office RFP No. CWC/RO-
AHD/Busi./RFP/Consultant dated 22.10.2021 for engagement of consultant / consultancy agency
for preparation and submission of complete data/ business profiles of the industries utilizing
warehousing & related services in the state of Gujarat (including Diu, Daman & Dadra and Nagar
Haveli) for marketing of services of central warehousing corporation to the industries

In this regard, following amendments in RFP and in tender has been incorporated in the
tender/RFP (wherever applicable in RFP/tender document), which shall make integral part of
tender.
Following clause:
Clause No. 17, “Liquidated Damages”

01 “If consultant fails to perform services “If consultant fails to perform
within stipulated time schedule, the CWC services within stipulated time
shall, without prejudice to its other schedule, the CWC shall, without
remedies under the contract, deduct from prejudice to its other remedies
the contract price, as liquidated under the contract, deduct from the
damages, a sum equivalent to 2% of the contract price, as liquidated
total project cost for delay of each week or damages, a sum equivalent to 2% of
part thereof maximum up to 20% of the total contract value/price/fee
contract price. Once the maximum is for delay of each week or part
reached, CWC may consider termination thereof maximum up to 20% of
of Contract pursuant to the conditions of contract/price/fee”
contract.”
 Format of Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is mentioned in Clause No. 09 has been
added as mentioned below;

AGREEMENT

The Central Warehousing Corporation having agreed to grant the contract of Engagement
of consultant / consultancy agency for preparation and submission of complete data/business
profile of the industries utilizing warehousing & related services at Central Warehouse,
__________________________ (Name of District & State) in response to the submission of
sealed tender by me/us on ______________ to the Regional Manager, Central Warehousing
Corporation, Ahmedabad. I/ We, _______ (here enter full name and address of
consultant/consultant agency) am/are executing this agreement on ______ and hereby confirm that
I/we have thoroughly examined and understood the terms and conditions of Notice Inviting Tender
and the Invitation of Tender and instruction to the tender bearing No. CWC/RO-
AHD/Busi./RFP/Consultant dated 22.10.2021 issued by the Regional Manager, Central
Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, Ahmedabad for Engagement of consultant/
consultancy agency for preparation and submission of complete data/business profile of the
industries utilizing warehousing & related services and also those of general conditions of contract
and its appendices and agree to abide by them. I/we am/are willingly undertaking the side work
consequent on the approval of the tender given by me/us to the Regional Manager, Central
Warehousing Corporation, Ahmedabad at the rate mentioned in Price Bid (enclosed) which forms
part of this agreement and as per terms and conditions of the under.

I/We, assure the said corporation that I/we will undertake the said work to the best of
my/our ability at all stages, during the tenure of the contact. This agreement will remain in force
for a period of _______, with effect from_______ or the date up to which the contract is extended.

The Regional Manager, Central Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, Ahmedabad

reserves the right to extend the period of contract for further period up to _____________ on the
same rates, terms and conditions.
