SUBJECT: DEMAND NOTICE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DUES

On Perusal of the financial records maintained by M/s MAHAVIR POLYMERS PRIVATE

LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Our Client”) having registered office at FE/16-17,

Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur – 302017, it was found that there is an outstanding of Rs.

40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) towards the invoices raised by the Our Client since

October 2019 for which Our Client made numerous efforts and follow-ups to you for the

repayment of the same which ended in vain.

Therefore we would most humbly request you to clear the said outstanding of Rs. 40,000/-

(Rupees Forty Thousand only) within 7 days from the receipt of this notice.

TAKE FURTHER GOOD NOTICE THAT upon your failure to make full payment of the above-

stated sum and/or make suitable arrangements for the payment of such debt, we will have to
