SUBJECT: DEMAND NOTICE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DUES

On Perusal of the financial records maintained by M/s MAHAVIR POLYMERS PRIVATE

LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Our Client”) having registered office at FE/16-17,

Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur – 302017, it was found that there is an outstanding of Rs.

6,68,199/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Nine only)

towards the invoices raised by the Our Client since May 2018 for which Our Client made

numerous efforts and follow-ups to you for the repayment of the same which ended in vain.

Therefore we would most humbly request you to clear the said outstanding of Rs. 6,68,199/-

(Rupees Six Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Nine only) within 7 days

from the receipt of this notice.

TAKE FURTHER GOOD NOTICE THAT upon your failure to make full payment of the above-

stated sum and/or make suitable arrangements for the payment of such debt, we will have to
