There are basically two approaches to analyse the market-

Fundamental

Technical .

Fundamental Approach(FA):-

Fundamental is more of related to what company is doing, how is sales, profit loss, etc. What is mission
and vision of company, innovation, future scope of business.

Fundamental analysis is more of Value of Company as per business.

You need to study Balance sheet, Profit & loss statement , Results of company, etc.

FA is more of long term view .

Investor who has long term view, use this method for analysing the company.

For Trading FA is not very important. But Knowledge about FA can give additional edge for Traders.

Technical Analysis(TA):-

Technical Analysis is more of price behaviour. In TA, we have to identify the Demand & Supply zone and
act accordingly.

In Technical Analysis, we find

Trend Line

Breakout , Breakdown

Momentum

Volume

Delivery

Chart pattern

Powerful Candlestick.
