BREAD MAKING LEADING TO BPP NC II BUMAGCAT, TAYUM, ABRA

The training on Bread Making started last November 4, 2022 and ended on November 14,
2022 with 22 earthquake-affected individuals due to magnitude 7.0 earthquake as trainees
and the trainer is Mr. Fidel Aldrin T. Zapata of CSITE Main – BCSAT.
Day 1 – November 4, 2022

Mr. Zapata discussed the overview of the training particularly on the principles of baking
and bread making. After the discussion, he introduced the basic utensils, tools and
equipment to be used in bread making. Trainees were grouped into four with necessary
materials to be used they were able to demonstrate and finished their Pandesal as output
for the first day.
Day 2 – November 5, 2022

Mr. Zapata demonstrated the procedures in making Ensaymada and the trainees
successfully finished their outputs.
Day 3 – November 6, 2022
Mr. Zapata instructed the next activity in making Dinner Rolls. The trainees enjoyed making
the dough of the dinner rolls.
