Brief Introduction
There are a large number of oil-filled electrical instrument equipped in the power system, power factories,
mines and related enterprises. The acidity test for insulating oil is a required routine test item. automatic
insulating oil acidity tester is improved on the basis of a series of original automatic insulating oil acidity
tester, it have the following characteristics:
1.Can be use to test transformer oil, turbine oil and also other insulation oil.
2.Adopt touch keyboard for a easier operate.
3.Single cup test and greatly improved the test speed, can save at last 80% of the test time.

Features
1．automatic insulating oil acidity tester using neutralization method principle, with microcomputer control,
under normal temperature automatically complete series of operation including liquid addition, rapid titration,
stirring, photoelectric detection to determine the titration end point. The measurement results will be
displayed on a large LCD screen and output by printer. It takes about 2 minutes to measure each oil sample,
this model will automatically save the latest 12 test results and can be load and read or print at any time.
2．The extraction and neutralization liquids are stored in special reagent bottle. The reagent will not contact
with air during the test, which will avoid the solvent volatilization and reduce the impact on the carbon
dioxide in the air. Users do not need to touch reagents, this will reduce the harm of organic solvents and
chemicals to human body.
3．The instrument is easy to operate, large LCD screen menu selection, screen prompt, sound alarm, user
only need to click to choose the function in need, the instrument will automatically complete the whole
process.
