What are the forms of entrepreneurship in terms of:
1. Purpose/Undertaking, at least two (2) and briefly describe differences
Traditional entrepreneurship focuses solely on generating profit and
standardization. Instead of bringing a solution or an innovative idea to solve issues around us, traditional entrepreneurship operates based on the generation of profit without actually taking into consideration the sustainability of their actions. On the other hand, social entrepreneurship is an approach by individuals, groups, start-up companies or entrepreneurs, in which they develop, fund, and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. Moreover, social entrepreneurship is a business model that aims to tackle social, cultural, or environmental issues on different scales while still making a profit.
2. Line of business/Product, at least two (2) and briefly describe differences
Agripreneurship refers to entrepreneurship in agriculture. They are often innovators, while usually being innovative and creative, farmers often lack experiences, access to services, people, or markets, and skills to have realistic chances to succeed as entrepreneurs. In addition, agripreneurs are influenced by external, systemic factors, such as economic and social barriers, policies, and regulations. On the other hand, ecopreneurship is a driving force behind successful companies selling products and services across industries. Ecopreneurship is a rising trend in business and an important response to our global environmental challenges.
