To: Mr. Mark Eagleson Vice President Trotter, Inc. Sta. Mesa, Manila
Dear Mr. Eagleson:
Good day! I am writing this letter because I am glad that I have been chosen to take part in this survey and as global connectivity soars, generational shifts could come to play a more important role in setting behavior than socioeconomic differences do. As a consumer I am more likely to buy sustainable, high-quality, products. I value personalized products and are often drawn to brands that share their point of view on political issues. However, the difficult part as a consumer is that it isn’t just one factor that I look to for buying a product, but this includes the material used, the country of origin, the very packaging of and more. Leading companies have constantly improved its existing products and focused on developing new products. Consumer behavior and habit analysis has emerged as an important tool to understand your customers. By looking into consumer psychology and the forces behind customer buying behavior, your companies can craft new products, marketing campaigns and increase profitability. With this, I want to express my enthusiasm for being part of this survey and maybe you can consider me again in the future. Thank you very much!
