The present application has been filed seeking recalling of the

order dated 30.10.2019.

Learned counsel for the applicants-respondents submitted that the

applicant is the respondent-Corporation and on the statement of learned

counsel for the Corporation, the petition was disposed of by granting liberty to

the petitioner to approach the Disputes Resolution Panel. He submitted that the

facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner ought not have been

delegated to the aforesaid in view of the fact that the same was not applicable

to the petitioner.

Notice in the application was issued to learned counsel for the

non-applicant-petitioner. On 14.02.2020 Mr. Abhishek Sangi, Advocate had

appeared and sought time to file reply but thereafter, nobody had appeared.

Today also the matter was called twice but nobody has caused appearance on

behalf of the non-applicant-petitioner.

Therefore, in view of the grounds taken in the application and the

submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, the present application

is allowed.

The main case is directed to be restored to its original number and

fixed for arguments on 11.05.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-non applicant shall be informed
