MEETING
FIRST QUARTER

Date: November 12, 2022

Patform: Face to Face
Attendees: Parents of Grade IV – Dove and classroom Adviser
Agenda:
1. Election for Homeroom Parent-Teacher Officers
2. Reminders on the child’s learning progress
3. Needs of the child to be submitted and to be used for the whole school year
4. Reading and writing skills of pupils’ updates to parents
5. Absenteeism

Process:
1. The meeting was presided by the adviser with an opening prayer and greetings!
2. Parents shared their difficulty and or problems encountered and came up with a solution.
3. The agenda was smoothly discussed to the parents.
4. The flow of the one-on-one meeting with the parents went good and successful.
5. Feedback from the parents were catered after discussing each agenda.

Agreement:
1. Date of the election was finalized.
2. Each skills, reading and writing skills must be followed up at home, and must be assisted by the
guardians/parents.
3. Submit/Bring on the next school day all the needed and materials like number of notebooks and the
like.
4. Parents will monitor, if working or busy, their child if they attend school. If there is no urgent or
emergency scenarios, parents are advised to patiently bring or send their child to school to avoid
missing the lesson each day.

Attendees: Parents of Grade IV – Dove and classroom Adviser

Agenda:
1. Academic progress of the child.
2. Update on the reading, writing and math skills (basic operation) skills.
3. Child’s behavior and character.
4. Reminders/Updates on school activities and programs.

Process:
1. The meeting was presided by the adviser.
2. Prayer and Kamustahan took placed before the discussion of the main agenda.
3. After discussing the agenda, feedbacks and suggestions from parents were accommodated.

Agreement:
1. Parents will work hand and hand to level up the academic progress of their child.
2. Parents will help their child build the habit of reading at home, giving home activities for follow
ups and further review on the lesson taken up for a day. They will guide their child when given
assignments.
3. Emphasized the importance of character for lifelong impact. Good character will be portrayed at
home so that it will be manifested by the child at school.
