Greetings of love and peace from Calasiao I District!

Freedom of the press as one of the basic rights of every citizen has been one of the advocacies of
the schools in Calasiao 1. Thus, every learner should be trained as early as elementary to be able to use
this freedom responsively and effectively.
In this connection may we request your good office to support our school chidren to start in this
endeavor. Moreover, some of the schools in Calasiao 1 District will be participating in the upcoming
Division Press Conference (DSPC) on March 2-4, 2023 at Calasiao Comprehensive National High
School, Calasiao, Pangasinan.

Attached is the budget proposal for the aforementioned plan and activity.
