2. How it is being done?


 Because Coca-Cola's products are portrayed as unhealthy, there are
groups of health-conscious customers who were dissatisfied with the
existing Coca-Cola products. Coca-Cola successfully captured more
customers from both existing and new customers by adding healthier
alternatives to its product line, such as low-calorie beverages like Coke
Zero, or even a completely new product line of non-soda beverages like
Dasani bottled water and Minute Maid.
3. What is the effect in the market?
 Since there is a growing population of people who are health conscious,
the product development of Coca-Cola has become trend to these people
around the world. Coke Zero became the company’s biggest source of
growth in 2021. Coca-Cola introduced Coca-Cola Zero to the market, and
health-conscious consumers in the traditional diet coke segment switched
to Coca-Cola Zero. Coca-Cola simply experienced a shift of existing
customers to a new product rather than real sales growth. Because the
company's target market is already familiar with its offerings, they may
simply switch to a new version of the product rather than bringing in
entirely new customers.
