Service Terms
1. TEAMPRO will initiate development only after the successful signing of service level agreement –
SLA between customer and TEAMPRO.
2. Any additional development over and above the SLA will be charged extra.
3. The above price is for hosting the product as perpetual (one time cost with source code) at client local
server, without Cloud server.
4. In case of local hosting at client server, necessary infrastructure with high end version server with
minimum 8GB RAM, One TB HDD, and 24/7 connectivity will be under customer scope.
5. In case of cloud hosting, the Client has to provide cloud space and server as per the predicted usage
and data size.
6. In case if client wants to host the product at TEAMPRO server the cloud hosting and
maintenance charges will be extra.
7. Customer will have to provide minimum 2 static IP with separate domain or subdomain.
8. Migrating existing data will under customer scope.
9. TEAMPRO will be responsible for Business hours Support during the time for AMC for
Software, Products will have one year warranty.
10. For additional modification the work hour will be shared based on the requirement of the customer
and will cost Rs. 15 USD
11. Payment Terms: 40% advance along with PO and 60% immediately on go live (creating first
transaction in HRPRO). Biometric Machines will be client scope & they have to provide API
12. For on-site visit – Travel, lodge, food, visa (for international) will be client scope
13. All the above rates are exclusive of Tax / VAT / GST & will be charged as per the rates prevailing at
the time of Invoicing, based the country of sales.
14. Entire list of requirements/Customization should be shared to TEAMPRO as single document along
with all forms and formats.
15. Client requirements/Customization shared to TEAMPRO as User Expectation Documentation (UED)
will be added as Annexure to SLA, SLA once signed will be final and any changes latter will be
treated as New Scope with additional Billing.
16. For Biometric Attendance Machine - Client has to give one Windows system exclusively for
easytimepro Installation with 4 GB RAM and Intel Core i3 Processor with at least 500 GB HDD.
17. For the Shift based environment, with multiple shifts spanning overnight, please opt for separate
machines for IN and OUT to ensure consistency of data capture.
18. Necessary infrastructure including power, network connections & civil work will be under customer
scope.
