DEMAND LETTER FOR SETTLEMENT

Dear Danny Owner;

I am writing to you regarding the issue of settlement for damages

caused by Daisy Corporation. As you are aware, I have received a letter
from the corporation informing me of their lack of liability insurance and
threatening arbitration or lawsuit. This has put me in a difficult position
and I feel that it is imperative that we come to a settlement agreement to
avoid any further legal action.

To provide you with some context, I am a victim of damages caused

by Daisy Corporation. The damages are substantial and have had a
significant impact on my personal and professional life. I believe that it
is in the best interest of both parties to reach a settlement agreement and
avoid any further legal proceedings.

In terms of the damages caused by Daisy Corporation, I have

documented evidence of the financial losses that I have incurred due to
their actions. I have also suffered emotionally as a result of their
negligence, which has caused me significant stress and anxiety.

I understand that you have several million dollars, and I believe that a

that was discussed with the county worker who visited my property
recently.
