TO CHALLENGE JURISDICTION

I, Marc Anthony Johnson, being of sound mind and body, and over the
age of 18 years, hereby depose and say:

I am the Defendant in the above-captioned matter and I am

challenging the jurisdiction of this court over the subject matter of the
case.

This court lacks subject matter jurisdiction because the Plaintiff has
failed to establish a legal basis for bringing this case in this court.

This court lacks personal jurisdiction over me because I am not a

resident of this state and I have not conducted any business within this
state that would subject me to the jurisdiction of this court.

The Plaintiff has failed to provide any evidence to support their claim
of jurisdiction and I believe that this case should be dismissed for lack of
jurisdiction.
