Opp. Essar Petrol, Badlapur (E) Taluka. Ambernath, Dist. Thane - 421503
And
2. PAVITRA SUNDAR SHETTIGAR Daughter of SUNDAR CHENAPPA
SHETTIGAR Resident of 816/1 C13, West Honzon, Miramar, Panaji
H.O.,North Goa, Goa - 403001, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under:-

1. That we got married to each other, On 19/11/2020 at Brindavana

Auditorium, U.K. Hegde Complex, Mundukur, Manglore, Dakshin
Karnataka, KARNATAKA, according to Hindu rites and INDIA ceremonies.

2. That we had completed the required age for entering into

solemnization of marriage, at the time of marriage we both had
completed age of 21 years .

3. That we were unmarried till the time of marriage on 19/11/2020

(Nineteenth November twenty twenty) and/or I did not have any other
living spouse at the time of marriage.

4. That at the time of marriage we were not related to each other within the
prohibited degree of relationship and not spinals as per Hindu Marriage
Act.

5. That We, belong to Hindu Religion.

6. That we are the citizens of India.

7. That we are aware that if any statement in this declaration is false and
if in making such statement we either know or believe it to be false or
do not believe it to the true, we are liable to imprisonment and also to
time.
8. Herewith attached a joint photograph of the marriage ceremony.
 We have verified that the contents of our above affidavit are true and correct
to best of our knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therein.The
statements in this affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge and I am fully
aware that if these statements or any part of them are prove to be false/ incorrect, I
will be liable to punishment under sections 192, 199 and 200 of the Indian Penal
Code.
