Verbs that become adjectives adding: –ing (present participle) or –ed (past participle) .

A. Complete the following sentence by highlighting the correct adjective in parentheses.

1. What are we going to do tonight? I’m so (boring / bored) just sitting here watching TV. Let´s go
out and do something (exciting / excited).

2. Did you watch the presidential debate on TV last night? It was so (disappointing / disappointed)

3. Are you (interesting / interested) in taking computer classes?

4. Those stories are so (confusing / confused) for me that I prefer not to read them.

5. My weekend was really (exciting / excited)! We went to explore some caves, it wasn’t easy! To
