THESIS WRITING 1 GUIDELINES

1. All Chapters 1-3 must be checked by the Thesis Instructor. Consultations are done
in face to face and virtual modalities during the scheduled classes.

2. All members are expected to work. Evaluation forms will be sent by the Instructor
and must be complied by all leaders to ensure participation and collaboration among
members.

3. After a go signal is given by the Thesis Instructor, the group/s may now present the
manuscript to the supposed Thesis Adviser. This time, a letter coming from the Thesis
Instructor will also be given to the Thesis Adviser for his/her approval.

4. Meetings and consultation be done depending on the need. It is a must that the
group must keep track of the date and time of consultations with the Thesis Advisers.
Be respectful and considerate of the valuable time spent by Thesis Advisers.
Remember, you have to do your part as researchers. They are only tasked to give
additional insights to improve your work.
