SUMMER COACHING CAMP 2023

Dear Parent,
We are pleased to inform you that a 15-day summer coaching camp is being organised as per
details given below:
Dates: 15 May 2023 to 31 May 2023
Time: 7:30 am to 10:30 am
Venue: Amity International School, Noida
Swimming Amity University Noida
Transport:
a. Transport facility will be provided on limited routes (refer to routes attached) in the
morning and after the activities (11:30 am).
b. All those who opt for swimming, will be taken from AIS Noida to Amity University,
Noida and will be dropped back to school.
c. Students, other than already bus users, have to pay Rs. 500/- as transport fee.
d. Transport will not be available on Saturdays. Parents are required to make own
arrangements for dropping & picking their ward from school.
Fee Structure
Game Fees
Class 3 onwards - Athletics (15 seats), Basketball (36 seats), Rs. 2000/ per activity
Football (36 seats) & Table Tennis (12 seats)
Class 2 onwards - Karate (30 seats) & Skating (30 seats)
Class 3 onwards – Cricket (36 seats), Tennis (10 seats) Rs. 3000/ per activity
Class 4 onwards - Swimming (2 slots. Seats available 20 per slot). Rs. 3000/ (1 Hour)
Class 2 onwards - Horse Riding (30 min. ride. Seats available 30). Rs. 3000/
*Only first cum first serve basis
Note: Payment is to be made only through Cheque in favour of Amity Sports Foundation,
Noida and for Horse Riding payment is to be made through Cheque in favour of Amity Riding
Academy latest by 12th May 2023. For any query, please contact Mr. Tarvinder Singh – Sports

certificate saying fit for above mentioned activities & not suffering from any disease.
Precautions will be taken for the safety of your child but school will not be held
responsible for any mishap or accident during activity.

Amity International School, Noida our ward will be exposed to physical activities/sports
throughout the camp. During physical activities though all normal precautions are taken by the
school but in the eventuality getting hurt/injured/any other happening, the
school/coaches/physical education teachers/staff shall not be held responsible.
First aid is available in the school. However, any additional medical requirement/treatment
including hospitalization if required will be our responsibility and we shall not make any
claim/ask for any compensation due from the school authorities.
We further affirm that we will indemnify and hold harmless Amity International School, Noida
if it suffers any loss or damage because of our ward during the above activities.
