1. The described material/article complies with the legislation for materials and articles intended
to come into contact with food of the country where the packed product is sold.
2. We will provide Nestlé with an updated version of this Declaration of Compliance, without
further notice, in case of either or several of the following changes relevant to this
material/article:

o A change of the material composition

o Substantial changes in the production that could bring about changes in migration
o New scientific data becomes available
o The applicable legislations are significantly changed
o A new regulation is implemented

Otherwise, the duration of validity of this Declaration of Compliance is 5 years maximum.
