Subject : Issue a complaint on order number DUN/00AW/102

Dear Ma’am,

It is with deep distress that I am writing this letter of complaint on behalf of my organization, ABC School.
We have received our bulk order (Order Number: DUN/00AW/102) and we and our students have had a
terrible experience with the received Science-y Science Kits, which are as follows:
 The kits were delivered to our campus a week late.
 The kits for the children that are differently abled were not delivered with the order but two weeks
later.
 Almost than 10% of the kits received were damaged.
 The contents of some of the kits stunk like vinegar.
 Many students were not able to complete the experiments and activities, thanks to ineffective
components, even with the help of the teachers. Even the instruction videos on YouTube were not
helpful.

We are extremely unhappy with our experience with the Science-y Science Kits. We demand a complete
refund on our purchase as we no longer believe we will get any of the outcomes promised using your
product.
