I was working in galley since 2010 and i was have experience as a Food Director for
2years,as a Food consultant almost 4 years in restaurant,able to work individu as
well as in a team,have experient at cruise ship 5 years, able to make new inovation of
western, continental or asian food , know very well management restaurant, cost
control,maintenance galley hygiene and cleanlines,HACCP. Good leadership, I
confidence person, hard worker,honest,carefull person,loyal,and love created and
learn new menu.
My experience;
Food Preparation
prepare some of the foods. This includes washing and cleaning vegetables, slicing
and cutting vegetables and meats and seasoning and marinating food. measure
food servings and prepare cooking equipment for food preparation. prepare and
cook food themselves under the direction of a cook or chef.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and
management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good
condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
