Sub: Grant of Financial Assistant from CSBF 2021-22 and 2022-23 under the Head for
developing occupational skills of Physically/Mentally challenged Railway Employees/Wards.

Chairman/CSBF & PCPO has accorded Financial Assistance to the Physically/Mentally Challenged
Railway Employees over SWR from CSBF under the Head (i.e Sl.No.13) “Developing occupational skills
of Physically/Mentally challenged Railway Employees/Wards including purchase of wheel chairs,
other aides, special software etc and organizing workshop, seminars, camps etc,.” for the year 2021-
2022 and 2022-2023 in favour of the following staff.

The above items are sanctioned subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) The above staff should purchase the item mentioned in the respective names within one
week from the date of the drawl of amount failing which they should required to refund the full
amount in one stretch.
2) In case, the cost of the item is lesser than the sanctioned amount, they are required to remit
back the balance amount to CSBF head Under Allocation No.00812104 (CSBF/HQ) at the
respective Divisional Cashier Pay Office and receipt submitted to this office without fail.

3) In case the cost of the item is more than the sanctioned amount, employee has to bare the
difference in amount to purchase the item.
4) The following documents to be submitted in respect of purchase within one month from
date of crediting of the amount in the account of the employees.
a. Stamped cash receipt/invoice for the purchase of items showing CGST/SGST
Number.
b. Photo copy of Registration Certificate (RC), etc,. if any for two/three wheeler scooter
motor vehicle only.
c. Photo copy of bank pass book showing the data of credit of sanctioned of advance.
5) Under taking form as enclosed in Annexure-A.
6) This financial assistance under head Sl.No.13 i.e “Developing occupational skills of
Physically/Mentally challenged Railway Employees/Wards including purchase of
wheel chairs, other aides, special software etc and organizing workshop, seminars,
camps etc,.” is granted/sanctioned as a onetime measure as special case.
7) Responsibility of bearing the expenditure towards maintenance of purchased items like
two/three wheeler/Wheel chairs/Special Aid etc., rests wholly on the employee.
8) Two/three wheeler/Wheel chairs/Special Aid etc., purchased on this account should not be
sold till the life of the items.
The Divisions/Units are requested to make payment as indicated against each
employee mentioned above and the debit may be raised to Allocation No.00812104
(CSBF/HQ) for the year 2020-21 and 2022-2023. Necessary compliance report and document
submitted by the employee within the stipulated time may be sent to this office.
