Coach Care Complex-JP

C&W activities at JP mainly involve maintenance of coaching stock. Following are major
work details-
(1) Primary maintenance –CCC/JP is a mega coaching depot on NWR carrying out
primary maintenance of 18 BG trains which includes world famous tourist train viz.
Palace On Wheels & Royal Rajasthan On Wheels.Depot is maintaining North Western
Railway’s first Double Decker AC train plying between Jaipur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla &
Jaipur-Agrafort Shatabdi Train.The details of the trains maintained is as under-

5.0 Sick line activities –
 On an average 25 BG coaches are IOHed per month at BG-Sick line / JP .
 During IOH unit exchange of bogies is done.Beside this heavy repair works viz.
wheel changing, V-belt changing, changing of Axle box spring etc. are
attended.
