During my previous job, we were working on a tight deadline for a Bid
project when a key team member unexpectedly quit. This left us short-
staffed and with an important Tender / Bid incomplete. I quickly
assessed the situation and delegated some of the workload to other
team members while also taking on some of the tasks myself. I also
reached out to my network and found a qualified freelancer, a CAD
CAM Designer who was able to help us complete the project on time.
The project was a success and the client was happy with our work
despite the setback."
