1. *They should start to invest more their effort in promoting the product using social media platforms
(tiktok).

* they should have advertisement in TV.

2. *Consistent promotion of products not just only in Holidays Season.

*Consistent promotion of variety of donuts aside from original glaze.

* KKD should have innovative product names to continuously attracts other customer.

* they should start creating some hype hosting some contest or games along with the offer.

3. KKD should boost their page to gain more engagement from social media users.

*KKD should create a business website and then using large collection of other online mediums to
generate traffic, that could lead on sales for the primary websites.

*primary business website, they should provide costumers with interaction that speaks to them as
individuals not bot.
