Do not let i wander around off + Make sure your shoulder i relaxed, Do not ett creep up towards your ear Imagine your atm is resting ona tennis ballin your armpit. + Keep your elbow lower than your west. *+ Keep relaxed and get into a rhythm with the movement. + Use the weight of your arm, not muscular force which wil create stagnation + Gose your eyes or look anywhere other than your hand forat least half of your practice time. + Focus your mental atention and your energy gently ‘onthe tip of your thumb. + Keep a sense of softness even when dispersing + Be patient and persevere.
