Dear Sir,

It is nice to have a long association with you. We wish to continue this relationship forward
and in continuation to this it is our humble submission to consider following requests
regarding Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges.
We are an educational institute, hence:
1) The operational timings of lift are not more than 9 hours in a day.
2) 1st & 3rd Saturdays are off, which makes 24 Working days in a month. Hence, lifts are
used only during these working days.
3) Additional holidays (due to academic institute) were given to students/staff along
with calendar holidays like kawad yatra holidays, Diwali holidays, Holi holidays,
summer break & winter break. This reduces the number of working days in the
entire year.
4) We have continued your previous 4 years CAMC (without break or extension) even
during nation-wide lockdown whereby there was no usage of lift.
5) We are non-profit organisation registered under trust working for social welfare and
society upliftment.
On the basis of above points, it can be gathered that previous CAMC was in lockdown period
and as we are an educational institute, the lifts are in use for upto 9 hrs per day and approx.
250 days in a calendar year.
Hence, we request you to continue the same Comprehensive Annual Maintenance at
Rs.3,80,000 (Rs. Three Lacs Eighty Thousand only) for next five years.
