The Executive Committee of The English Literary & Linguistics Club, UOP, is pleased
to invite applications for the cabinet and team membership for different positions of the newly
created club. You are requested to fill the application form and attach a letter of interest to the
Chief-in-Patron. You can submit your nominations in hard to any executive member till
Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

Details of the different cabinet positions are as follows;

1. President
2. Vice-president (Female)
3. Vice-president (Male)
4. General Secretary
5. Secretary Finance
6. Secretary Media / Focal Person
7. Head of Dramatic Board
8. Linguistics Secretary
9. Literary Secretary
10. Secretary Editorial Board
11. Secretary Arts

Details of the different positions of the team are as follows;

1. Finance Team (3 members)

2. Media Team ( 3 members)
3. Editorial Board ( 3 members)
4. Dramatic Board ( 3 members)
Note: Please, refer to the finalized structure for more details.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Only students from 5th semester (Department of English) and above can apply for the
post of presidency.
  Anyone from Department of English can apply for cabinet and team membership.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on interviews and letter of interest.

Nomination fee:

To meet the expenses of the club, the founding committee has proposed an application
processing fee for the different positions of the cabinet. The application processing fee, which is
non-refundable, is different for the different positions:

1. Presidency: Rs. 400/

2. All other cabinet members: Rs. 300/
3. Team Membership: Rs. 200/
The application processing fee has to be submitted on the time of form submission.

Date of interview:

The interview date will be given when the nomination process is completed.
