Regulatory Compliance Officer

1. Qualifications
 Holder of a Bachelors Degree and least three months of related experience.
 Well developed communication skills.
 Possessing strong analytical skills, and investigative mindset.
 Having a sound knowledge of regulatory policies
 Possessing diligence and perseverance

2. Duties and Responsibilties


 Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
 Create sound internal control and monitor adherence to them
 Draft and revise unit policies
 Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
 Evaluate unit activities to assess compliance risk
 Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
 Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
 Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
 Address employees concerns or questions on legal compliance
 Keep abreast of internal standards and unit goals.
