Complaint Escalation Procedure for HR


Representatives
This Complaint Escalation Procedure sets forth your obligation to escalate employee complaints or observed behavior that were
not received through the Comcast NBCUniversal Listens Helpline or Web Portal and that may violate the Comcast NBCUniversal
Code of Conduct (the “Code”) or Company Policies. You are required to (1) categorize each complaint using the three Complaint
type definitions below and (2) follow the escalation instructions.

1. Step One: Categorize the Employee Complaint


The Company uses the following Complaint types to provide direction on the handling of a Complaint:
