POSSIBLE ISSUE CONTINGECY PLAN

Poor weather The majority of the shoot will be in house anyway, however one shoot will be
outside, we will be hoping to film in the evening, when its dark, however, we
will be looking to avoid the rain. If it is raining, we will wair as we have 4 hours
on the set booked. Failing this, we will either shoot in the rain with protective
gear to cover the camera or cut the scene completely. We would also like to
avoid the sun, if it is still sunny by 6pm, we will either film later, or cover the
window with black out sheets.
Cast not I have only two cast memebers which have already gaurenteed to be on the
showing up shoot. However, if one does not show up, the shoot will be focused on only one
artist. If both do not show up, I will have no choice but to make a visualiser.
Equipement If equipement becomes damaged, I have order spare batteries and SD cards,
becoming further to this, I have multiple tripods, lighting, diffusers etc…

Props becoming If we find ourselves forgetting props or if they otherwise become unavailable,
unavailable the story will continue without, failing this, they will be substitued for other
interchangable items.
